Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the MiraYola website and the MiraYola mobile app (formerly Song Flow). Different features may process different types of data. This policy explains how data may be handled when you use our website, sign in, create AI music, use analytics-enabled features, or interact with advertising-supported functionality.

Website data

When you visit the MiraYola website, your browser may store an anonymous guest ID and your language preference in local storage. Temporary access tokens may be used when calling room, plaza, and other content APIs. These items are used to keep website features working, remember interface preferences, and provide access to content.

Google Sign-In and account information

If you choose to sign in with Google, MiraYola may receive basic account information from Google based on the permissions you grant, such as your Google account identifier, email address, display name, and profile image. We use this information to create, authenticate, and manage your MiraYola account and provide sign-in related services. We do not request access to unrelated Google services such as Gmail or Google Drive unless we clearly disclose that access in the future and obtain the required authorization.

Content you provide

When you use AI music generation, Remix, Cover, MV, or other creation features, you may provide text prompts, lyrics, titles, reference audio, recordings, images, or other content. We process this content to generate, transform, save, display, or share the results you request.

Audio and AI processing

Audio that you upload or record may be transmitted over encrypted connections to our servers and, when necessary to provide AI generation or processing, to third-party AI service providers such as RunningHub, Suno, or other providers performing similar processing functions. We use this data only as needed to provide the feature you request and retain or delete it according to operational needs and applicable requirements.

Device, analytics, and diagnostics data

To improve reliability, performance, and user experience, we or third-party analytics services may process device identifiers, device and operating system information, IP address, app version, usage timestamps, crash data, performance data, and similar diagnostics. Some platforms or app versions may also use an advertising identifier for advertising, measurement, or attribution.

Third-party services

MiraYola may use services such as Google Sign-In, Google Analytics/Firebase, the App Store, Google Play, AI generation providers, and other infrastructure or analytics providers. These providers process data only as needed for the relevant service and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Storage, retention, and deletion

Website-local data can be removed by clearing your browser data. Account information, creation history, and content that you choose to save or publish may be stored on our servers to provide account, library, and sharing features. Temporary uploads and intermediate processing data are deleted or anonymized when they are no longer needed; retention periods may vary depending on the feature, legal obligations, and security needs. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data associated with your account.

Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose relevant data only when necessary to provide the service, complete a feature you request, protect security, comply with legal obligations, or when you have expressly authorized the disclosure.

Children’s privacy

MiraYola is not intended to provide services requiring personal-data processing to children below the minimum age of digital consent applicable in their jurisdiction. If we learn that we collected a child’s personal data without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
